Special Order/Custom Items and 14K gold jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.
Pre-Paid Cards such as Gift Cards are non-refundable, and cannot be returned or used to purchase other gift cards. Special terms and conditions are included with each card.

Silver material, Titanium material and Tungsten material including other material inlaid products, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after received the package with Original invoice, in original packaging with original gift box.
